Elena graduated in law with honours at Genoa University in 1990 and in 1992 took a postgraduate law degree (LLM) in International Law at UCL London.
Elena Dell’Utri Vizzini is also a qualified solicitor for England and Wales and was admitted at The Law Society in 1998. Elena assists insurers, Lloyd’s agents and brokers with particular reference to the London Market. She has extensive experience in dealing with marine insurance and freight liability claims. Her practice also includes advice to the yacht insurance industry and the fine art/specie market in relation to the insurance of fine art, diamonds, jewellery and bullion/cash in transit. Elena is a member of WISTA Italia.
MARGHERITA PACE
Margherita Pace advises on insurance coverage with particular reference to civil liability matters, such as Third Party Liability, IP and Large Risks policies. Margherita writes on insurance magazines and is regularly invited as a speaker to specialised conferences. Margherita took a degree in Superior Legal Professions at SSPL of Genoa Bar.
ANDREA E. TRACCI
Andrea E. Tracci is an expert in insurance law matters. Andrea also advises freight and logistics industries on contract drafting and deals with the disputes that may arise in connection with national and international transports. Andrea is a regular lecturer at courses held by the Ministry of Transports and mediator in insurance maritime disputes. He writes on marine insurance on specialised magazines and is a member of the Associazione Italiana Diritto Marittimo.
